Electrical skills in an advanced manufacturing context

This training, made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Visées program, offers modules that will help you understand industrial electrical systems and be able to install, configure and troubleshoot electrical components.

What to expect

This course, lasting 8 weeks and comprising 38 hours, includes the following training modules:

Plan in the IEC and NFPA standard (4 hours)
Wiring and routing rules (3 hours)
Grounding (2 hours)
Arc Flash & OSHA 10 (2 hours)
Electrical components (4 hours)
VFD (4 hours)
Motors (4 hours)
Power supplies (4 hours)
Servo motors and servo drives (4 hours)
Actuators: LINAK (3 hours)
Conveylink (4 hours)

The training will be given in person only at:

Training cost: $1,900 / person plus applicable taxes

Financial assistance available
Thanks to our partnership with the Visées program, financial assistance of up to $8,000 per employee is available, covering up to 100% of training registration fees and 50% of the employee’s salary during training hours.
